Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Niagara Branch is undertaking a strategic planning initiative to map out a path towards a better future. We want to hear your thoughts about how we can improve CMHA Niagara Branch and mental health services and programs in the Niagara region.

Who is conducting the survey?

Overlap Associates has developed the questions and will be collecting the data through SurveyMonkey, an online survey platform.

How long will it take?

The entire process will take about 15 minutes. Try your best to answer all of the questions in the survey, but feel free to skip any that don’t apply or that you don’t feel comfortable answering.

Why would I participate?

Your experience is important to us! We want to hear directly from you and get your perspective. Your input will help us imagine and strive towards a brighter future for CMHA Niagara Branch.

Your responses will be pooled with data from other sources and synthesised to help Overlap Associates and CMHA Niagara Branch develop a Strategic Plan.
