As the Niagara region’s leading provider of adult mental health services (16 years and older), CMHA Niagara offers free programs, services, consultations and resources to support individuals who are experiencing mental health challenges. These urgent, preventative and crisis intervention services include counselling, Ontario Structured Psychotherapy, Safe Beds, Mobile Crisis Rapid Response Team, Crisis Outreach & Support Team, RealWork Employment Services, Case Management, Supportive and Transitional Housing Support Programs, Court Diversion & Support.
