Season’s greetings from CMHA
Dec 9, 2024
As the holiday season approaches, we extend warm wishes to you from everyone at CMHA Niagara.
We recognize that, for some, the holidays can be a challenging time. It can be extra stressful on individuals struggling with mental health and addictions. CMHA Niagara works with individuals to help them deal with their mental health and addiction challenges through timely supports, programs and information. It is our goal to make sure that no one faces their mental health and addiction struggles alone,
During the holiday season, CMHA Niagara continues to work with those in need by offering such services as same day counselling, Safe Beds (a short-term non-medical crisis support residential program), Crisis Outreach and Support Team (COAST), Mobile Crisis Rapid Response Team (MCRRT), Group Counselling, Ontario Structured Psychotherapy, employment services, and community support such as case management, support housing and transitional housing programs, and court diversion and support.
We can use your help. If you wish to be part of our CMHA Niagara, your donation will help support individuals experiencing mental health and addiction challenges, their families and caregivers. Your generosity will make a positive impact in our community. To contribute, please visit our website at https://niagara.cmha.ca/donate/
