To align with Mental Health Week in May, CMHA Niagara’s signature event, Wellness for All, will be changing its date from the usual February time frame to Thursday, MAY 8, 2025.

You won’t want to miss this fundraising event packed with fun, food, friends, mental wellness speaker, and a fabulous new way to win great prize package bundles.

Proceeds from this annual fundraising event ensures individuals in our community will continue to receive free access to CMHA Niagara’s urgent, preventative and crisis intervention mental health & addictions services.

Your participation, whether as an event sponsor, attendee, or by donating a prize, helps CMHA Niagara react to increased service demands for mental health and addiction services and severe funding shortfalls.

Last year alone our agency served 8,772 individuals (with an additional 8,035 telephone interactions). It is estimated that one in five Canadians will face a mental health challenge in their lifetime. Chances are someone you know have — or will — contact us for support.
