Ridgeway Rocks for Mental Health
With a goal to promote mental health awareness, Ridgeway Rocks for Mental Health organizers Jen McCready, Melissa Roth and Sheri Hawkins, are hosting a muti-faceted fundraising event on Saturday, April 15th at The Sanctuary Centre for the Arts, 290 Ridge Road N., Ridgeway, in support of CMHA Niagara!
FREE family friendly event including a VENDOR MARKET from 11 am- 4 pm— peruse local businesses providing mental health and wellness products and services. Free swag bags to the 100 people, door prizes, silent auction, photo booth, selfie station, and art demo!
FREE Guided Yoga & Meditation Collective from 4:30 pm- 5:30 pm, featuring Melissa Roth, Buddha Fitness Studio!
TICKETED concert (19 years+) featuring The Practically Hip, Canada favourite Tragically Hip cover band.
Doors open at 7:30 pm – Local comedian Mark Matthews opens the show at 8:30 pm -Concert begins at 9 pm.
