I’m Looking to Talk to Someone

SAME DAY COUNSELLING SERVICES – CRISIS OUTREACH AND SUPPORT TEAM (COAST):

Our same day counselling programs provide opportunities to talk about your concerns with a trained mental health professional. Talking therapies can help individuals speak freely, without fear of criticism or judgement, and understand what may have caused the concerns and how to manage them. Early intervention and access to support can have a significant positive impact on a person’s mental health.

Same Day Counselling Sessions

Mental health counsellors provide same-day counselling services to individuals by exploring their immediate concerns. They offer assistance with problem solving and crisis management. Follow-up services and connections to other resources are provided. Based on an assessment of individual needs, follow up services may include short-term brief solution-focused counselling sessions, telephone counselling and support with bridging to longer-term resources. No referral is required.

Call to book your in-person, telephone, or virtual appointment 905-641-5222 from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
